Born in Burbank, California and raised between Miami and Costa Rica, Diana spent her formative years in San José before ultimately returning to the coast she has always considered home. Growing up across cultures shaped her natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and fostered a deep appreciation for the lifestyle, community and natural beauty that define Costa Rica.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Diana brings over a decade of experience in client advisory, banking, and mortgage operations to her real estate practice. She has worked with respected financial institutions including Fifth Third Bank, Movement Mortgage, and Amerant Bank, where she guided clients through complex financial processes with clarity, organization and care. This background gives her clients a valuable advantage, particularly international buyers navigating financing structures, cross-border considerations and major investment decisions in Costa Rica.
Diana is known for her approachable nature, strong communication and genuine commitment to understanding each client's goals and lifestyle vision. Her involvement with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) reflects her dedication to professionalism, ongoing education and building lasting relationships rooted in trust.
Today, Diana lives in Tamarindo, fully immersed in the coastal lifestyle she always envisioned. Outside of real estate, she enjoys time at the beach with her dogs, teaching dance and English and staying closely connected with family and community. Her personal journey of living between the United States and Costa Rica allows her to guide clients with both practical insight and authentic perspective, helping them feel confident, supported and at home from the very first step.
